Breadcrumbs currently do not reflect the user's experience.

The Home link should link back to eclipse.org.
Home > Downloads > Packages > should always be available.
A typical breadcrumb should be:
Home > Downloads > Packages > Indigo > SR2

I have replicated the breadcrumbs from the old packages site
