The two menus to create layers are : "Default layer Layer" and "Optional Layers Optional Layer"

Issue reproduced.

plugin.properties file must be updated accordingly. This is a trivial issue, but all tests must be run after the modification to make sure that this does not lead to regression in VSM tests.

We have to modify the item providers and not the plugin.properties as there are several not-generated modified methods in which the Layer creation menu label computation is customized.

The new patch set also remove the default layer creation on DiagramImportDescription as the DiagramImportdescriptionSpec.getDefaultLayer return the imported diagram description's default layer or null.
