LDT (Lua Development Tools) is a project moving from the Koneki project in is own project under the tools top project (tools.ldt).

This is a request to move bugs from the old project to the new one.
The goal is to move bugs from the components Koneki.LuaTools and Koneki.Metalua into the components ldt.LuaDevelopementTool and ldt.Metalua respectively.
As the ldt project is empty, both component may have to be created.

Ok I've created both components and moved the relevant bugs from Koneki to Ldt.  I've also replaced the default Koneki inbox with the default Ldt inbox where appropriate.
