We should adopt the GEF page to the new solstice theme.

Changed page to use solstice. The only thing I noticed is that our menu is wrapped (opened bug #437199 to deal with the problem).

Menu wrapping is gone, so it seems we are done here. If somebody finds any issues, we way reopen and investigate. So far, resolving as fixed.
