I've no clue how this can happen but http://git.eclipse.org/c/cdo/cdo.git is empty. Please help!

That page loads fine for me.  I also checked the filesystem:

cdo # du -sh *
197M    cdo.git
5.7M    cdo.incubator.git
3.3M    cdo.infrastructure.git
34M     cdo.old.git
18M     org.eclipse.oomph.git
132K    parent.git

So there is data in the repos.

Sorry for the panic.  The filesystem simply was not mounted as a result of running updates.
