Git polling has stopped working. Builds are not kicked off when changes are pushed as expected.

I restarted the Sapphire HIPP.

FYI committers can actually restart the HIPP service themselves too using the committer tools available at https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/


Once logged in, at the bottom of the page there are controls that allow you to restart your HIPP instance.
