Description Markus Knauer CLA 2014-05-29 15:05:40 EDT
Because of bug 436002 we had to (temporarily) remove the Marketplace Client (MPC) from the Java package in Luna RC2. I achieved this by removing the EPP Common Feature that includes MPC.

As soon as the underlying issue has been fixed (Luna RC3), we need to reactivate this in EPP and restore the old configuration.

See commit 0065902f344ba4ee8c3690ccc500086870a095cd for further details.

Sounds good to me. I will ignore the missing MPC while testing Luna RC2. Note that I'm on Windows, so I didn't even noticed bug 436002.
Comment 2 Markus Knauer CLA 2014-05-30 04:33:02 EDT
Change https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/27570/ will enable the MPC in the Java package again.
I will apply the change as soon as Luna RC2 is out of the door to allow testing the fix for bug 436002 as early as possible.
Comment 3 Tomasz Zarna CLA 2014-05-30 04:43:06 EDT
I can confirm the MPC is gone in Luna RC2. Sorry, but I cannot verify bug 436002, not occurring on Windows.
Comment 4 Markus Knauer CLA 2014-05-31 05:05:53 EDT
I've pushed change https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/27570/ to Git and re-enabled MPC in the Java package again.
Please test the inclusion and close the bug then.
