The recently opened file list under the File menu is not persisted after the workspace is restarted. 

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new project containing a file that can be opened with an editor
2. Open the file with an editor
3. Stop the eclipse application and restart it
4. Open the file menu and observe that the file is no longer in the recently opened files list
