We have been running with the latest version on orion.eclipse.org for a while, it should be safe to make the default for a new workspace the latest.

We have been running with the latest version on orion.eclipse.org for a while, it should be safe to make the default for a new *serverworkspace* the latest. I.e. when you start Orion for the first time you get the latest version.
