Steps to reproduce: 
* Take the attached test use case on Bug 435087
* Open the SubDiagramDecoratorCheck diagram
* Try to resize the border nodes
* You can't for list border nodes: the VSM choice has not been reported, the selection shows them as not resizable.

The resize border children logic is only in the container edit parts, it should be moved in the container and list common abstract edit part.
