If yout have a tree with Markup enabled, you can use <br/> for new line. 

The item rendered correctly but the scroll not, because it compute size from the all text in one row, but its two row now, so the scroll doesnt have to show.

I think there is some measure error when <br/> used.

Which RAP version are you using? Could be related to this bug 430707. Please check with RAP 2.3M3.

I am using RAP 2.2 release. So you say it is fixed in M3? I will check it.
