The server infrastructure needs to have a mechanism for terminating and shutting down unused containers (logged out or dormant user activity).

Currently we use window.onbeforeunload on the client to disconnect the terminal, but this does not handle all cases. 

We currently do not actually remove the containers as well.

We have removed the terminal feature from Orion 8.0, see Bug 457990 for full details.
