- Create a project with two folders
- Add a file called "New File" in one folder
- Ctrl+Drag the file into other folder

-> It creates a file called "New%20File" in the destination. It should preserve the filename.

Elijah please take a look and see if this bug is happening on client or server. If server reassign to Anthony.
