JDIModelPresentation extends IDebugModelPresentationExtension which extends IDebugModelPresentation , so IDebugModelPresentation can be removed from JDIModelPresentation's implements section

Patch to remove IDebugModelPresentation from implements section

Removed IDebugModelPresentation from implements section as IDebugModelPresentationExtension is sufficient.
