FUP to bug 427303.

Once bug 433862 and bug 434124 are fixed we should update the command to be only a binding and to have it be template-like so users can quickly edit the defaults

Testing having linked editable sections in the generated template turns out to be more annoying than helpful. 

Closing as wontfix.
