save the file

Test Environment:
OS: Windows 7 Chinese
Orion: https://orion.eclipse.org
Web browser: Firefox 24.5/IE 10

Reproduced steps:
1. New a file and input some Chinese characters(测试字符) with IME(e.g Microsoft Pinyin).
2. Save the file, click any other file and turn back to this file, check the content.
Result: The characters disappeared.

Note:
1. To reproduce this issue, tester must input the chars with IME, not using copy/paste from some text file.
2. Tried some scenarios, Google Chrome can work well, content will not miss.
