Please create a HIPP for the Oomph project.

Initial admins should be "estepper" and emerks".

We would like to use the Gerrit Trigger plugin. We would also like to have
write access to our download area in order to do automated build promotion.

The Oomph HIPP is now available at https://hudson.eclipse.org/oomph/

I also setup the Gerrit Trigger plugin and added your HIPP user to your project group so it should have access to your project's downloads area.

Committers should now be able to login and manage jobs. Please keep in mind that you need to use your _email_ address in order to login, unlike on the shared instance.
