While using my keyboard to scroll down on the repository view, I noticed that git commit dialogs are preventing further navigation using the keyboard. In order to restore the keyboard scrolling, I had to click away the dialog (probably to restore the focus on the container). I'd expect a more seamless scrolling experience using only my keyboard here.
