I did a review of half of all the sites on eclipse.org and we need to address a few issues with Solstice:


1. Sub pages header is always under the text:

http://staging.eclipse.org/ebpm/download_ebpm.php
http://staging.eclipse.org/eef/pages/downloads/
http://staging.eclipse.org/emf-validation/downloads.php

Close to 40% of the project sites are affected with this bug.


2, Page with lots of text are hard to read. 

I think we need some more white space between each blocks of text. This could be achieved with some padding to title, list and paragraphs.

3. Bug 433032 - The Left nav on solstice needs some love

This is now fixed. I am setting the background to none for the content container if there is a left nav. This similar to what we where doing with nova.

I added some padding to h3 and lists.
