We should, and if we can invest a minimal amount of clean-up so that it works (kind of like http://staging.eclipse.org/callisto/) that would be great.

Random thoughts:

* Redirect to /downloads
* Redirect to latest simultaneous release
* Redirect to http://projects.eclipse.org/releases/juno
* Change the content to a short description with a pointer to the latest release and to the Juno downloads (with a "are you really sure you want to do this?" warning)

It might be handy to create a /latest_release alias/page/whatever.

Ian thought it would be appropriate to simply use the "deprecated" theme for these pages, and to let them live on the Nova skin indefinitely.

Sounds good but it's important to note that I don't think the deprecated background text will show on those pages since they already include custom CSS with a custom background image.
