With the recent manifest parser v2, we should provide fine-grained unit tests including preprocessor, tokenizer, parser error messages, symbol resolver and other semantic analyzer tools. We should stress the need for robust and descriptive error handling.

I'm quite content with our current manifest parser test base. I think that around 30 tests covering different parser aspects are sufficient. Marking as fixed.
