Follow up to #430521  Orion now loads as middleware from locations other than root.  There is one 404 from cssPlugin.html, though it is non-fatal:

/settings/settings.css

rather than

/myoriondir/settings/settings.css

Turns out all the syntax highlighting plugins have this issue. IMO it's unnecessary for them to load stylesheets at all, since users are unlikely to ever view the plugin pages.
