Inspect variable during debugging no longer works. It briefly flashes empty popup and does not log any errors in the error console. 

Also, if you try invoking this action repeatedly it will add junk in the Expressions view with empty name and null value multiple times.

Not able to reproduce it with 
/R-4.3.2-201402211700/

Do you have any other bundle installed with eclipse ?
Was it working with the previous build in the same workspace ?

Yes I have a lot of additional stuff installed (see below). This also happens with new workspace by the way. And I really don't know when this started happening for the first time (the latest thing I installed was Java 8 support).

I only have a couple of exceptions like below (they don't get logged when I try to reproduce this) and a few keyboard shortcut conflict warnings. Is there something I can do to debug this or turn on some kind of logging?

Is the "Debug" view active when you are trying to use the shortcut ?

Is the behavior of using shortcut and "Inspect" from the context menu similar ?

Yes, debug view is active (I'm paused at a breakpoint). Yes behaviour is the same if I invoke the action from menu, popup menu, or keyboard shortcut. Other popup views like quick outline, quick type hierarchy etc work just fine. 

Also, if I hove over a variable while debugging, the tooltip shows essentially the same information as the quick inspect view. I can expand objects and look at values etc.
