While we already announced to provide a service release of GEF 3.x / Zest 1.x for Luna, the versioning guidelines indicate that it should rather be labelled 3.9.100 than 3.9.2 (see discussion under http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/cross-project-issues-dev/msg10428.html for details). 

As such, we will have to:
1) adjust our plug-in and feature versions
2) update the release meta-data
3) update the announcement on the web-page
4) announce the change on gef-dev and cross-projects lists

- Increased version of org.eclipse.draw2d, org.eclipse.draw2d.doc.isv, org.eclipse.gef, and org.eclipse.gef.doc.isv bundles, as well as draw2d and gef features to 3.9.100. 
- Increased version of org.eclipse.zest.core, org.eclipse.zest.doc.isv, and org.eclipse.zest.layouts bundles, as well as zest features to 1.5.100 (1.1.000 for zest.layouts).
- Adjusted version constraints within org.eclipse.draw2d and org.eclipse.gef to match what is actually needed (increased swt dependency in org.eclipse.draw2d to 3.4, which was already introduced in 3.5 release; increased core.runtime dependency in org.eclipse.gef to 3.5, which was already introcuded in 3.6 release). Added version constraints for org.eclipse.zest.core.layouts bundle to reflect the actual needs (up to now, no version constraints were specified). Added api compatibility filters were needed to prevent a major version change.
