It's not needed anymore now that mylyn doesn't use o.e.core.runtime.compatibility.auth and can be safely deleted and not built at all.

We still intend to keep the feature around for 3.12 since it enables migration of credentials from the keystore to the secure store. The feature is entirely optional though and won't be included in the Luna release (more on bug 393722).

You will also need to remove the feature from org.eclipse.mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn-site/site.xml.
