I'll use this bug to track the Paho 0.9 release targetting April 17.

Ian, I'm scheduling reviews on April 9 and 23. To make the April 17 release date, we'll have to go with the April 9 review date. Is there any chance that you can get the IP Log submitted for review and the PMC-approved documentation ready by April 2?
