Fixed with commit http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=39521bcd7e9264931fb72f09e814960b236becc4

This only fixes the build qualifier, the version 1.0.0 will be fixed with Bug 430924
