Sorry Rakesh, but I'm unable to reproduce this on Win7, nor on OS X: the tooltip popups up very quickly, and I see no hang. Created attachment 241298 [details] Sample Project Import attached project. Launch eclipse, in Sample View hover mouse over item with name starting from "First Person". Results : It hangs eclipse. NOTE : It is a very long string stored in a text file.
