Second feedback after using Orion tonight. The link styles are inconsistent in Orion. Looking at the project editor:

Breadcrumb: link hover is a dashed line one pixel under the text
Project Name in Navigator (left panel): toggle hover is a dashed line three pixels under the text
Folder in Navigator: link hover is a dashed line three pixels under the text 
File in Navigator: link hover has no underline
Navigation Pane (right panel): all link hovers are solid lines that overlap the bottom of the text.
Navigation Menu: All link hovers have no underline.

If the project, file or folder is selected, the ends of the dashed line curve upwards. This is the particular detail which is why I raised this bug. At the resolution my screen, the underline looks corrupted somehow.

Note that I picked on the underline, whether the text changes color or not is also not consistent across Orion.
