It seems that the "NamedElement" link (In CommentPropertyEditor) hasn't been updated to support Nested Transaction. It is not possible to add references to NamedElement for the newly created Comments.

Steps to reproduce:

- Select a UML Element
- Go to the Comments tab
- Add a new applied comment
- From the dialog, in the body editor, add a reference to a NamedElement (Blue "@")
- The selection dialog is empty

Workaround:

- ...
- Add a new applied comment
- Press OK
- Edit the comment
- Add a reference to a NamedElement
- The selection dialog is now properly populated
