Projects used to be included by plugin, to add a possibility to disable it in the specific Orion distribution. This was used when project functionality was under development, but now we have it enabled everywhere and extra plugin decreases performance and may only cause trouble.

Plugin and all its references has been removed. Right now the projects functionality will be enabled alays.
