We should try and fix this before 8.0. I'm going to implement a workaround until bug 413980 which is causing the view to not become active is resolved. Test results (tested on the win7 VM)
I´ve tested this on win7 remote machine, the error dialog does not appear and the Test Suite can starts and executes normally.
I am also not able to reproduce this issue neither by starting the test execution using the TBI in the running AUTs view nor by using the TSB. Tested on G8 and Win7ITE |
Created attachment 240631 [details] stacktrace To reproduce (I suspect it's important to avoid additional actions, as they may select a View): 1. Start Jubula with a new workspace. 2. Close the Welcome Screen. 3. Open a Project (with startable AUT and Test Suite) via the menu. 4. Configure the AUT Agent connection (Window -> Preferences => TEST / AUT Agent) to connect to a remote (non-localhost) machine. 5. Connect to an AUT Agent running on another machine. 6. Start AUT. 7. Start Test Suite. An error dialog appears and the Test Suite does not start. I've attached the resulting stacktrace from the log file.
