I've discussed this already in bug 429093 comment 6, and should not make anything "worse" about the quality of the build ... just means that bug 428530 won't be fixed, yet. 

This problem also shows the advantages of modularizing the build, and not copying things from one repo to another target location ... since it can "cause changes" that are hard to detect.
