I recall that the 'IP-Clean' flag was created long time ago. Now with CLAs and a Gerrit plug-in in place, I don't see the value of having to set this flag all the time especially for approving reviews from existing committers. Adding EMO for a comment if the flag is still required of if we are allowed to remove it. +1 I don't see what value this checkbox adds. I don't think that would be a bad thing. As mentioned, the CLA/CoO plugin removed the need to explicitly state the IP is clean.
