Please disable the 'IP-Clean' flag for all Gyrex Gerrit repos.

I recall that the 'IP-Clean' flag was created long time ago. Now with CLAs and a Gerrit plug-in in place, I don't see the value of having to set this flag all the time especially for approving reviews from existing committers.

Adding EMO for a comment if the flag is still required of if we are allowed to remove it.

Removing this checkbox would require it to be removed from all projects since it's configured as a global setting.

I don't think that would be a bad thing. As mentioned, the CLA/CoO plugin removed the need to explicitly state the IP is clean.
