We are currently not handling the new manifest changes introduced by CF v6.

Seems alright to me as it looks like the service is already bound to the application.

Note that we do not need to do the "GET /v2/services" request for version 6 since it is not being used.

We made changes in order to support v6 manifests. The effort will be continued during 6.0.
