Steps to reproduces:

1. Create a RCP Mail App "com.rcp.activityTest"

2. Add a "View Shortlist" ContributionItem in the ApplicationActionBarAdvisor

ContributionItemFactory.VIEWS_SHORTLIST.create(window);

3. Add a View Category "testCAT"

4. Add an Activity "testActivity"

5. Add an Activity Pattern Binding with the pattern "com.rcp.activityTest/testCAT", with isEqualityPattern TRUE.

6. Start app. Open "Other" dialog. "testCat" is present

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got
resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some
reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
