While trying to open a CQ for the latest version of ASM (to be used by PDE API Tools) I found that the portal does not list PDE as something I have commit rights to - even though I do have commit rights to PDE.

Looks like some 'eclipse.pde' committers are not in the Foundation database:

The server is correct though:

eclipse.pde:*:8791:darin,aniefer,caniszczyk,cwindatt,asharma,dmegert,bcabe,oliviert,mrennie,dj,johna,prapicau

Looks like this is a result of a collision between bugs 324772 and 394224.  I've worked with EMO legal to update the database so everything should be ok now.
