The active date for many EclipseLink project committers is incorrect.

This likely happened when the project was moved from technology.eclipselink to rt.eclipselink (the inactive dates on the former project line up with the active dates of the latter).

The IP Log generator tries to account for this heuristically which is--I believe--problematic. Some recent tweaks to the IP Log generator caused this to resurface. As we migrate the implementation of Dash, this is likely going to be a continuing problem that cannot be reasonably addressed with heuristics. We need to fix the data.

Can you update the active dates for rt.eclipselink to match corresponding values from technology.eclipselink?
