1. Have a project with launch configuration saved
2. Open launch configurations directory
3. Remove launch configuration or the whole launchConfiguration directory
4. Run general Deploy

Result:
1. Orion offers to overwrite the launch configuration [WRONG, the launch conf is no longer there]
2. Saving launch conf fails [BUG]

The other scenario is to run Deploy twice when launchConfiguration does not exist yet. The second saving launch configuration will fail because launch configiguration already exists.
