Just post a question yesterday and now i can't Access the Topic
die URI is expending with the Addition scoping path parts, but
no Access.

something is broken.

forums are all borked up right now. For example, see the Newcomers forum page http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/89/
Looks like it can't find secondary resources like CSS, JS, etc.
