Using the latest code in my self hosting.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Select a sub folder in the mini nav and expand it.
2. Delete all the files in the sub folder.
3. Use context menu -> import -> File system
4. Select a bunch of files from your local machine.
5. Drag and drop them into the import dialog.

In my case I selected 3 files but only one file appeared in the mini nav.
After refreshing the browser all 3 files appeared.

I use this step to upload the readonly widget build for now, some time it shows 3 files but very occasionally.

Works for me on Chrome. Each browser are you running?

I saw it fixed in the latest code.
