Some parts of the Nexus repository seem to be down. We are getting 500 internal server errors when accessing some parts of the repository.

For example:
* https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/mylyn-snapshots/org/eclipse/mylyn/docs/
* https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/egit/
* https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/tycho/

Sorry this was my fault. I restarted nexus and everything appears to be happy now.

I had to change the nexus uid this morning and didn't restart the process after so the process was running as an old uid when it should have been running as the new uid for the nexus user.
