Created attachment 239868 [details] screenshot of current vs proposed behavior This is a nit, but: When you open the navigator, or click a breadcrumb segment, the file list scrolls to reveal the active file. Currently the list scrolls such that that the active item is at the very bottom of the viewport (see pic). We should consider scrolling down further to introduce a gap between the viewport edge and the active item. This will place the active item closer to the center of the content area, which should make it easier to see, since the eye tends to be drawn there.
