This was removed when we took away the bottom banner and so needs to come back in the user menu

Maybe we need a "Help + About" dialog that also restores the Privacy, Terms, and Copyright link and the Orion version.

Looks like a duplicate of Bug 427494 to me.

Fixed and resolving -- further work might be done in 5.0 towards 427494
