The purpose of this bug is to track small improvements to the new Orion UI.

Here's the initial list of improvements:

1) Menu bar buttons should have a border on hover

2) Navigator links should be colored orange (same as breadcrumb) on hover

3) Hamburger and User links should be colored orange on hover

4) Bottom of editor page should be slightly higher than bottom of browser window and have a raised border so it doesn't look like the page is cut-off

5) Currently active side menu icon should be highlighted (e.g. if the Editor is currently open the "pencil" icon in the side menu should be highlighted)

Additional improvement:

6) Side menu should slide in and out smoothly rather than suddenly appearing and disappearing.
