These links are no longer available in the new UI, irregardless of
Toggle banner and footer	Ctrl+Shift+M

Please bring them back when banner and footer are on.

Did I mention I even still miss the old FAQ link in the footer (Bug 409220)?

are now in the Options menu, which is a bit less obvious than clickable links in the footer.

Should this bug just be closed given above solution?

I have added a link to the FAQ at the top of
https://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Documentation/User_Guide/Getting_started

This will find its way into the Online Help system which currently comes up with no matches for "FAQ" or "frequently asked questions".

This is also important for OrionHub. There is a potential legal liability that were are not making the terms of use clear, and our policy on use of personal data (e.g., privacy policy).
