Currently the breadcrumb is rendered on the right of the branch selector.
There will be cases that the caller of the widget may want to use the right side of the section header for customized commands.
We need to give the caller flexibility to either render the bread crumb under the section header or just on the right of the branch selector.
By default it is under the section header.
