Any feature of Sirius should:
- declare a rebranding plugin
- have the expected Provider Name & Image so that it appears under the expected category in installation details.

Install Sirius and then open the installation details. 
Clic on the Sirius logo. 

All the features have the same description and name ( Sirius Core Runtime (Incubation) ). 

I think they should have a different name.
