GEF4 SwtFX currently contains a GeometryNode implementation that does not rely on SWT, the same holds for gesture support in MVC FX. We should create a GEF4 FX component that contains JavaFX additions (that do not rely on SWT).

Separated out code from SwtFX and MVC FX into new GEF4 FX component. Created feature and integrated it into update site. Pushed all changes to origin/master. Added entry in the wiki.

Added a doc bundle and doc-feature, which are now properly integrated in the sdk-feature and update-site. The sdk-feature furthermore specifies a dependency to the geometry.sdk-feature. 

Resolving as fixed, as the proper component structure is now in place. Everything further can be handled in a separate bugzilla.
