The Dash process needs to consider GitHub-hosted projects. 

Dash data is used, for one, to determine committer activeness on IP Logs.

I've extended the Dash harvester script to scan the mirrors of GitHub-based repositories when it runs.

Adding Webmaster to the CC list so that he knows about the dependency between Dash and the mirrors.
